It's a simple matter of factual pay rates, retirement contribution rates, written work rules, pilot retirements (seniority, pay progression), etc. You can't really argue that I'm wrong, but you do in so many overt and covert ways.

So it's not trying to tell you what to think as much as either getting you to see it or admit it. This place offers nothing over and above the majority of our peer companies, in fact it offers dramatically less. Yet you push back. Yet you soften the message and remain "optimistic".

When it actually gets better, I will be optimistic. I will not get out in front like you guys as it may not happen.
