This coming from those who are not airline pilots. Do you really think that Mesaba’s going to spend the extra money to stock their a/c with quality headsets? After all Mesaba's just out of bankruptcy and was sold to another company who is just out of bankruptcy. BTW we at SKW were scheduled to get EFB's well over 2 years ago. YTD, I'm still carrying my flight case and Mgmnt’s still promising them soon. LOL!
But, to their defense; all of our RJ's have upgraded seats (those flying the RJ's remember the old $hitty seats), ACARS (DAL, UAL & Midwest), printers, paperless W/B and paperless performance.
Best of luck and stop drinking so much Kool-Aid; you're not even in ground school yet greenhorn. You'll find out soon enough that there are more roomers out there than *********S and Mgmnt starts most of them inorder to pump up their labor groups.
