PSA offers the best quality of life in the regional industry, and some of the highest pay. Upgrade time is 2 years, and people hired today are spending only a few months (or less) on reserve.

When negotiating, our MEC could either take QOL improvements or pay improvements. Not both. They took QOL (namely the SAP), knowing that the company would have to raise pay anyways. It payed off.

The 12/4 is a non-issue. New hire FO's are getting paid $40 immediately, along with a $20k sign on bonus and $10k per year retention bonus. We are finishing up the 2007 hires now with the flow, so the 12 isn't an issue at all.

Were you around in 2003 when RAH signed the 4 year FO pay scale ? 12/4 is a non issue now, but it will become the issue when economy slows down or PSA falls from the favorite. Pilots like you should not be the ones that negotiate a contract.

2007 hires are being sent to mainline right ? Guess what, you signed the same deal when Eagle and the rest of us was trying to hold our ground.

You are bunch of idiots and low level scum.
