Way to be a team player. No where in our cba does it say we need to pick up opentime or required to work overtime. The company has a staffing issue, and why wouldn't they? They are trying to grow and our contract is so horrible pay wise no one wants to work for nothing. This is a result of a ****ed off pilot group! Bob continues to insult us with comments such as, low tier employees, cost neutral, or cut costs when our profit margins are significantly higher than our competitors. I did not make the website but some seem need a reality check. Bob wants to improve service, reliability, and improve our brand. Good luck doing that with a bunch of pilots flying their line. I suggest you get on board Brent! When contract negotiations go well beyond what it should, stand in front of your mirror and say I helped he company prolong this even longer and give yourself a high five! Give me a break.
