I never post, but I'll bite on this one. I commute out of DFW as well, and park in the employee lot. The DFW employee parking pass office in the B terminal requires a signed letter from the Base Ops Manager (office located at F9's ticket counters, non-secure side). Get that letter, and take that to the parking office with your badge and $50/mo and you'll get your pass to put on the windshield. You can pay for the rest of the year, or quarterly. If you're DEN based, the company will only reimburse you for the cost to park at DEN, which is $36/mo - so the rest is on you. If you're a DFW commuter for F9, PM me and I'll forward you the contact email for the DFW Base Ops Manager. This procedure is purely a DFW thing.
Also, if you want to save a lot of money, some of our pilots park at the first A terminal train station parking lot. That's free, and they've been doing this for a long time with no issues (e.g. towing or break-ins). You do pay for the short train hop to the A terminal and back - I've heard it's only $3 or so each way.
