I appreciate the post and absolutely think some guys have crossed the line, however this meltdown is 100% on management.
That may or may not matter, I don't know, but what I do know is block hours have increased and staffing has GONE DOWN. It's pretty simple math. Throw in delayed IOT, Red/Green SNAFU and typical transition and this is what Happens.
