Depending on how busy the airport is, you have a number of options. Working at an "outstation" offers many more chances for part-time employment than a hub as they only need you for certain times of the day versus working you for an entire 8 hour shift. Another option is a subcontractor, like ATS or Swissport.
I worked for ATS for nearly five years. While the pay wasn't nearly as high as an airline they were very flexible with my schedule, paid well enough, and I enjoyed working there. When I left, I took what basically amounts to a pay cut to play FO.
What do you mean by outstation?
