Although going home is discouraged during training, this above statement is not true anymore, maybe in the past. I'm in 3rd week of training in CASS already. It has to do when they finish their background check. Some of us received an email that our backgrounds were complete and others have not.
I was in CASS a week after starting training and went home after the second week if memory serves.
