You know what I've found from reading various forums? People who are happy don't generally go on the internet to voice their happiness. Miserable people, however, do.

Look around this forums enough, and you'll find that every airline is the worst. Terrible conditions, awful bosses, scheduling is stupid, etc... There is not, apparently, a single good airline out there.

I just try to sift through the poo and gain whatever helpful nuggets I can.
