I'll tell you how. It happened when their MEC declared:
"Crewmembers have different collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), different employee benefits, different employee policies and handbooks, and
distinguishable uniforms."
We were gonna get it, but when the board learnt we had "distinguishable uniforms", it was a deal breaker.
