I assume you are talking about the air show incident?
The computer didn't "take over". It did what it was supposed to do, the pilot screwed that one up. Some of the "problems" that came out of that were fixed. You CAN push the instinctive disconnect buttons for the autothrust, and the autopilot off and take over "hand flying"
I haven't flown a Boeing-I have flown an MD80, and now the bus. Like 'em both. But honestly, A LOT LESS work on the bus. I feel less beat up after a day's work.
