Bonuses:
$17,100 first day for all pilots
$5,000 additional for those selecting 145/CRJ
Base pay first year is $37.90/hr.
Figure on 2.5 months of training guarantee (64 hrs).
75 hr guarantee for reserve.
72 hr guarantee for line holder.
Per diem is $1.85/ hr
16 hrs per day while in new-hire training
Typical annual per diem seems to be in the $4-5k range (assuming you fly a typical monthly schedule...not a local bidding reserve to avoid flying)
$20,000 retention bonus during 2nd and 3rd years ($10k/year). Paid in quarterly installments of $2,500.
Base pay for second year goes up $1-$2.
Open time is paid at 150%
Critical coverage is paid at 200%
