Any pilot that flows up from here or Compass to the mainline is costing more $$ in training versus someone hired from say Champion, or Eagle, or Republic etc.

I imagine that the flow-up will be throttled somehow. I think someone mentioned 3 per month? I have not heard any rumors to that end, but it seems plausible.
