That's a cheap shot. The Captain went out of his way trying to find guidance in the UPA or FOM. But as we all know; the search engine completely sucks in the IPAD. He defaulted to the COMPANY seniority because it was pushback time. He did not revert to eenie, meenie, miney, moe, he did his best to find the correct answer.
