The QOL is where I'm looking too. And this isn't a bottom shelf offer either. Lear 75s and Gulfstreams. The pay starts at 2nd year American FO pay. I believe the "shortage" is starting to effect the low and mid level corporate jobs like this one. It's the only reason I think they even interviewed me with the hours I have.
