Actually it does, your deductive reasoning must not be on par. Your logic is flawed. Let's test it shall we?
Test 1 panel interview
This test determines the validity of your application and your decision making abilities. The passage of this test is not based on science, but on a persons opinion.
Test 2 job skills test
This is an easy test with plenty of gouge. Most people score well into the 90% range on this test.
Test 3 Short company psych test
This tests whether you think the glass is half full or half empty and honesty.
Test 4 Cog test
Test memorization and multi tasking. No one does perfect on this test and even if they did the data would only suggest you have a good memory and can do many things at once.
So I ask what is this magical test you speak of? Maybe it was broke the day I interviewed.
