It's value might be zero. Get to 1430 hrs ASAP and get a regional job. Start applying six months ahead of time because some regional classes are full until then.
Applying with 2500 hrs TT, with zero PIC time, is in the almost Kelvin chance of getting hired. But it doesn't hurt. Continuous career and resume improvement is key. Do well, help others, help the industry (union, company), upgrade, help the guys at follow you, etc, etc.
Keep in mind the current median civilian OTS is approx 7500 TT w/4000 PIC.
