I'll give you one example: last day rules used to limit duty to 14 hours except for airline travel, which was limited to 16 hours. They had to get you home on your last day. There was no forced overtime. Now they just tell you you won't get home. Or they assign you a trip (live or repo) which gets you home, but is over 14 hours duty. This is common today.
Recalcitrant management: Bob S screaming FU,FU,FU! at the pilots in the last negotiating session. There really isn't much more to say.
So, as Puddy suggested, if you are young look for an airline. If you are too old for the airlines, look for a corporate position. But don't come here if you want to make a career.
