Right now, the lines have been reduced to 85 ish hours per month. Be prepared to work weekends for quite a while. Reserve time is between 1 to 2 months depending on when you finish IOE. By November and December, lines will pick up to 90 hrs per month to cover the hiliday rush.

With regards to current conditions at ASA, you might want to look at other options. QOL stinks right now. ALPA and Management are at a stalemate and the NMB will not release us for self-help (i.e. strike).

If I were you, I would not hire on with ASA right now. Find another regional that respects you as an employee.
