That's exactly it and the thing none of the complainers understand. The "off-the-street" interview success rate for delta is only around 68% to begin with and that's for people with resumes good enough to get a call out of the thousands of applications they have on file. Since the SSP/DGI interview is guaranteed, people with poor resumes and qualifications who never would have gotten an interview are behind the eight ball to begin the interview because they're much less qualified (in delta's eyes by their process) than everybody else there. It's therefore natural that endeavor's interview success rate is lower.
