This is exactly why I am confused. There should be no better candidate out there then someone who has been flying Delta passengers on Delta airplanes as you say... and add to that using Delta procedures. I'm not upset really, I haven't even started yet. But it seems pretty absurd that Delta would hire candidates from other regionals or from military-only backgrounds over Endeavor pilots. Perhaps that will change with DGI. Perhaps the next contract will bring a more defined flow-through as the union has stated they are trying to do.
