My point was don't say everyone but us has 100%. It's wrong. I'm advocating truth, not unsubstantiated claims.

I'm working on a pay chart. A lot of industry standard being thrown around again without hard data. Data for this coming from apc pay charts.

Just going for truth in advertising not random claims.
