Take it for what it's worth, which is just about zero.

Legitimate question for the ones going up for interviews under the garaunteed interview program. Are guys doing the EC (or whoever) interview Prep and the RST 15 day technicial prep etc. courses prior to going to their interviews like the majority of the OTS hires are (I haven't heard of anyone going to delta NOT using interview prep)?

If not, is it possible that that's why there's a stigma that folks going through their Preferntial interview programs aren't prepared?
A lot of the rejects prepared well using the union's many prep courses, as well as the professional services like EC, etc.

PSA had an SSP for a bit, where everyone made it through. It's Delta culture that is selective, preparation is only 40% of your interview, maybe less. I know of at least 2 guys who did not prepare at all, and sailed through their SSP because they fit the Delta persona.

Companies hire whomever they want, a friend of mine throws out half the resumes he gets at his company randomly. He says, "why would I hire someone who is unlucky?".
