Well, why should future interviewers not aim for status quo if hiring practices look HEAVILY into pedigree?...according to your posts/DAL website?
And IF you are hiring someone based on your perception if you can fly with them for several hours or not...there may be a hint of arrogance or self-pride behind that.?
