It's not a walk in the park. You are expected to do most if not all of the studying yourself and come with all your own materials and training aides. 7 days would be very optimistic. I took 3 weeks due to bad weather/mechanicals.

If you're not super current I would go somewhere with alittle more classroom time (american flyers etc..) I did my II elsewhere because I knew my book knowledge was too weak to swing it there.

They are a good/honest group of people though.
