I recently came across Livingston Aviation's 7-day CFI course after hearing about them in an older thread. I wanted to see if anyone has done this course recently and if they could provide any feedback. They're apparently booking into November so that's not ideal but still an option.
Any insight would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

I did it awhile ago, but I have heard they are still the same people.
It's not a walk in the park. You are expected to do most if not all of the studying yourself and come with all your own materials and training aides. 7 days would be very optimistic. I took 3 weeks due to bad weather/mechanicals.
If you're not super current I would go somewhere with alittle more classroom time (american flyers etc..) I did my II elsewhere because I knew my book knowledge was too weak to swing it there.
They are a good/honest group of people though.

I did my commercial and flight instructor there in 2014. I highly recommend them. I do not think you could find a better value in the US.
Like someone said above, study the important parts of the FAR/AIM before you get there and it will be much easier for you.
They have a sleep room that you can stay in while you are there to cut out the hotel cost.
You will never forget your tail number in their arrow, "N12354!" lol
btw: They provided good study material from what I remember. They don't give you lesson plans for the CFI, but you can print those off the internet.
