I did my commercial and flight instructor there in 2014. I highly recommend them. I do not think you could find a better value in the US.
Like someone said above, study the important parts of the FAR/AIM before you get there and it will be much easier for you.
They have a sleep room that you can stay in while you are there to cut out the hotel cost.
You will never forget your tail number in their arrow, "N12354!" lol
btw: They provided good study material from what I remember. They don't give you lesson plans for the CFI, but you can print those off the internet.
