The problem with doing it in Florida or New Jersey the way I see it, is a lot of the flight time that you are paying for is going to be spent commuting back and forth between the practice area and dodging other traffic. Your classroom instruction is also going to be in a group of 10 students. There are goods and bads to that. At Livingston all your classroom instruction is going to be 1 on 1 so the instructor will better be able to cater the course to your individual needs. You can stay at the FBO in their sleep room too!
Do they actually get you done in time? Do you take the checkride there?
