Although, for you, compared to the Netjets Phenom, I suppose the 737 would be super spacious. It's all relative.
Everyone think's one fleet makes financial sense, and it doesn't necessarily. The expensive parts (maintenance, training programs etc) are being done so just getting rid of the Airbus would almost be a waste of money.
