For an airline to have your job hang on the opinion of a shrink is ridiculous. Most shrinks are as crazy as their normal patients. Standard haenious DAL act. Maybe they can top of their interview with some sun chips before you hit the road.
I know a good dude that went to CAL after being held up on the psych portion at DAL, so I can't say I completely disagree, but the rest of the interview process was solid. Arnie runs a good act there.
