TA signed. ASA should be back on top quite quickly now that management has decided to make a reasonable offer. I think the #'s will improve fast after we get this darn contract finalized.

That said, upgrade is about 3 years right now. It should become less as lots of people are leaving. QOL in the new contract looks decent. Trip rigs, decent pay, and a lot of good details.

Our training dept is awesome. It is very organized and you will actually know quite a bit when you hit the line. That said IF you have a good attitude you will go great. Bad attitude or a "know it all" BS attitude demonstrated by some of the large flight school pilots will get you in deep quickly. Even junior Capt. at ASA have 5000+ hours and lots of flying in very high density airspace.

ASA is a decent place to be, not GREAT but not bad either. Heck at least you get paid during training unlike some other places out there. When I got here low time was 1500 hours boy those where the days lolol.
