I never liked the idea of interview prep being done the day before the interview. You are nervous enough. You don't need to get rattled the day before the interview. Give yourself a week or two prior...so you have time to digest the info and polish your delivery. (if you have the luxury of time and being able to do the face to face prep). Interview preps can be pretty eye opening if you haven't done it before. Don't get me started on watching yourself on videotape either...you will see facial expressions and hand movements you never realized you were doing.
