Will having a current pilot send your resume to HR get it pulled and and scored like Delta does?

The short answer is NO.

Pilots can make online recommendations for an applicant and even try to arrange one of the few meet-and-greet slots that each Chief Pilot's Office has for potential pilot applicants.

Call Emerald Coast or centerline interview consulting. They'll have you buttoned up.

Where do you qualifications stand? It'll help us give you some more feedback.

Or Cage Consulting. Their offices are directly across from our training center. Pretty damn nice to be able to stay at a hotel right next to your consultant and your interview location.

I never liked the idea of interview prep being done the day before the interview. You are nervous enough. You don't need to get rattled the day before the interview. Give yourself a week or two prior...so you have time to digest the info and polish your delivery. (if you have the luxury of time and being able to do the face to face prep). Interview preps can be pretty eye opening if you haven't done it before. Don't get me started on watching yourself on videotape either...you will see facial expressions and hand movements you never realized you were doing.

I did a video consult with Cage about 2 weeks prior to my interview and met with them person the day before. I felt like both were worthwhile experiences and the day before meeting was a good confidence booster.

Mo

If you are applying everywhere (which I think you should) then I recommend Emerald Coast. If you are only applying to United then people seem to be extremely happy with the folks in Denver. I used Emerald Coast and was only applying to UAL at the time. I was over prepared. Not sure how any other service could have gotten me better prepared. Best of luck

Totally agree with what you said. I was fortunate enough to come up the week prior for in person then come back two days prior to work out the kinks. Day prior was a great laid back day of calming nerves and enduring all documents were together and ready to roll.

And yet it's worked to TONS of people.

There's even been those that did their top off in the morning, walked across the street, and knocked it out.
