Hey, just to add to the pile: A buddy of mine just got hired by ASA. They need pilots bad, but not enough to hire "anyone". They need something like 40 pilots in the upcoming October class but only have 16(ish), so far. Out of five applicants, he was the only one that they hired. This kind of stuff makes me want to work there even more!
