I am almost done with training, we need pilots, but like the person above said, ASA wont hire anyone, the interview is tough...I interviewed at PSA and the ASA interview was much more difficult, pplus the sim ride is a full motion CRJ 700....its a good place, morale is low, but it should get better and will be one of the better regionals with the TA...I reccomend it for sure even before the TA, I have enjoyed the time here, the training dept is EXCELLENT and they arent out to get you....study hard, be open to learning, and come prepared each day you will be fine. Yea we need 40 pilots a month, I think they ve been getting like 30 or so...but I think that will cahnge since the TA will be more inviting to people, esp since 1st year pay is gonna go from $19 to $23 an hour.....PM me if you have any more ?s, the STL commute...you should be good with that, i looked on passrider.com and there are about 20 direct flights a day between the 2 cities, I am commuting from BOS and havent had an issue yet, i go home on weekends, and there are 18-20 direct flights, best of luck..
