I enjoy Annapolis...been here since 2000. It's a good location for flying out of Baltimore. We used to have much more flying out of BWI and there were many months where my whole month of flying would be in BWI. We put our kids in private school. We are not in a good school district where we live. We looked at moving to Severna Park or Broadneck district where the public schools are much better. But it's tricky with the real estate. The prices have gone up so much since 2000 that it's difficult to find a comparable place to what we have now without paying through the nose for it. Then throw in that it would probably be a place that requires a ton of work.

I like being able to walk to Rams Head or McGarvey's or the football stadium. It would be nice to be on the water....but those home are way out of my range.
