Upgrade times are coming down fast (down from three years to possibly months for those with the hours) and Mesaba will be adding lots of new aircraft and new routes. Flowthrough with MWA is being finalized and Mesaba has a great training department that has years of experience training pilots. You will also get to fly senior CAs who has years of experience. Also, Mesaba is run like a major airline and has a commuter friendly lines and policies.
