If you live in base there should be no imputed income. Company provided travel to your base is seen as a benefit so it is taxed as income. If you are already there the company has not provided you anything to be taxed. The lines will always start and end in your base. Whether the first leg is operating or deadhead is up to planning and scheduling. If it's a DH the company will buy you a ticket to the wherever the operating leg starts.
