I believe GoJet is also just over 1% per year. But, I think double the bonus money of SkyWest? But I think SkyWest has better retirement if you plan to make a carrier there. But at GoJet you can upgrade as soon as you have the required experience. So, lets just say, depending on your situation, it's roughly equal to SkyWest. The point is that 5 years ago most people would say that SkyWest would be the preferred regional to go to. I think that is no longer the case. I think that in the future as bonuses increase, and perhaps more pathways are found, SkyWest may slip in the rankings even more. Maybe not. As I say, it's reading tea leaves. But I can say for sure that GoJet is on a better trajectory than it's past reputation represents. It now has the Teamsters, a contract, favorable pilot market, etc as wind at it's back.
