I agree, if a company doesn't lower hiring standards even though they really need pilots is a good sign about a company. One thing I am quickly realizing is that you want low reserve times as well. I really do not mind about the upgrade time sooo much, to me I want to be able to take time to learn everything I need to before shouldering the captain responsibility.

Mregan thanks alot for the comments. I am confident about the tech part of the interview, but the sim part is where I think Ill hurt a little. I just dont have any glass cockpit experience and the full motion sim (although cool and exciting that I get to be able to do a sim ride in) is kind of intimidating right now(never been in a motion sim before). Any suggestions (besides aviationinterviews.com) to prep for it?
