I started to return to the industry last year, but it wasn't the right time. I have over the 1000 SIC in Part 121. After reading through the forum I am not sure if Endeavor is the best option. With the exception of maybe living in base, I see absolutely no reason to pick Endeavor over any of the American carriers right now. The company is trying to nickel and dime us on our pay and absolutely refuses to give us any solid career progression. This might change in the future but for now I would not come here. I have spoke with several of my FO's in the past three months that have said if we don't get proper compensation and solid career progression in this next contract they will leave for an American carrier .
