$23K is the second-highest bonus being paid (go look at Air Whiskey). But did you compare hourly wages? M&IE rates? Most places dip in year 2 & 3, which we don't (yet, until/if the 83 hour "pay raise" takes effect). But we are no longer leading the industry in first year pay. 2nd? Perhaps; I quit looking because it really doesn't matter any longer.
