I agreed that if you answer you're on the hook for it,
if its something you can do. If not then you're not going to get a missed trip and if you did, the GS process would be significantly reduced (and same day OOB would be almost gone) and no one wants that. I don't know why you're lobbying so hard for that interpretation of it.
