Cleared direct RONNI, turned north
Cleared to MPASS, turned to a 360 degree heading after departure
Didn’t fly RNAV departure correctly
Cleared direct MPASS, departed straight out.
Pilot cleared for 27L approach, lined up to 27R
Given direct SLAWW, aircraft departed direct WALET
