Hello to everyone, new guy on the forum. I'm in a good job now but love everything aviation and looking for something to supplement retirement in the near future. About to start training for IFR and CPL. I think I'd be content with, and enjoy flying 207. But, say a guy flies a 207 with Hageland for a handful of years and then wants to move over to a Caravan, do you loose all of your Captain pay to sit right seat in the Caravan until you can get in as a Caravan Captain?
Sorry if this is a silly question, I'm not all that familiar with aviation as a business/career. Any insight would be appreciated!
