It's not the program it's the 200 hour pilots. At 200 hours your level of maturity is just not there and I would imagine most go in it with the attitude that it's ok if I don't know anything because they'll help me out, they're desperate right?? No it doesn't work that way, go in there with a real humble attitude ready to learn like your life depended on it then you'll do fine, it also helps to know how to fly a plane.
