Other people can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe ORD CRJ has the worst QOL of all statuses in the company at the moment. If you want ORD, bid the 145. That's your best bet right now. As for staffing of the CRJ....all statuses are short-staffed right now. If you're on reserve just about anywhere, you're flying.
