Not to mention lower insurance cost sharing, better 401k matching, higher vacation and sick accrual, higher CBT pay.
Plus other perks like better LTD, OJI bank, no reassignment windows, no ACARS reassignments, no check-in requirement, better overall reserve rules.
Probably a wash, if not ahead when considering those other QOL items.
