And don't give anyone the impression that you think it should count either...after that whole drone warrior medal debacle, a lot of people have a bad taste in their mouth especially old school aviators (who may have been out of the mil long before the drone boom). You want to present yourself as a winged aviator who had to fly drones for a while, not a chest thumping drone advocate. I'm sure you know all this, but it's worth emphasizing.

Now I would assume that all else being very equal, a UAS tour would be better than a desk at the pentagon in the eyes of the airlines.
