yep its a big fat NO. I'm a UAS operator in the Army Guard, and not a single hour counts towards my civilian time, which sucks for me cause my agency has Predator B's which I would like to operate, but until I reach the magic 1500hr mark, my agency wont let me touch one. I'm at 2000 hrs UAS time, which is worthless other than telling war stories.
I don't think UAS time should count at all towards manned ratings/currency. but it does seems like it should count towards other UAS qualifications...
